Yes. We offer puppy first grooming visits and grooming familiarization sessions that move at a calm pace and can be kept short.
Can a grooming session be paused or stopped?
If a pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern, the session may be shortened, adjusted, paused, or stopped.
Will you guarantee the full requested groom?
We assess coat condition and safe handling scope before confirming the plan. For sensitive pets, a shorter practical finish may be recommended if needed.
Do you provide a handover summary?
Yes. You receive a written grooming summary with the main points from the visit and helpful coat-care notes for between appointments.
